Wahe Guru offers the teachings of Celtic Shamanism and the Five Elements as a profound experience of self-healing, cleansing and renewal.  In this five week series you will be gently and lovingly guided through the elements, using the modality of breathwork and sound vibration to support your transformation.

Each session will include intention setting, a teaching on the element, guided Healing Breathwork, visioning trance and a short sound bath.  You will have the opportunity to make choices about what you are ready to release and receive from the Universe.  During the trance, your intuition will reveal clear, inspired actions that you can take to make lasting changes in your life.  Wahe Guru will give you daily spiritual practices to support your guidance and ground your visions into reality.

Healing Breathwork is a catalyst for healing.  When you breathe deeply for an extended period of time, you go into a hyper-oxygenated, trance-like state.  This is where true healing is possible.  In this safe space, you can process emotions, thoughts, trauma and subconscious programming in a therapeutic way.  It is an accessible practice for all levels, no experience required.
