Service Description

Kundalini Kriya Yoga and Healing Breathwork are two powerful modalities, now combined into one dynamically transformational, healing class.   Held on Tuesdays at 10:00 am, this 75-minute hybrid in-person and Zoom class is for all levels and abilities.   The practice is an organic, channeled flow of energy that is activated in each posture and the movement of the breath.  Every class is a unique, synergistic expression of the collective intention (individual/group) and the energies of the day.   The experience will get your creative juices going, give you a good workout, provide a space for therapeutic release, deeply replenish and relax in the healing energy of the space.  The in-person experience is a semi-private class with personal guidance from Wahe Guru and Bettina.  The morning will end with tea and heart-centered connection.
